Studies or training in the field (economic) informatics or comparable Multiannual professional experience, e.g. as IT-Solution Architect (m/w/d) and experience in or interest in sales Very good knowledge of data center and cloud technologies Practical knowledge in the field of IT service management processes (even based on Service Now) and ITIL Experience in project management or process control Embossed customer orientation and communication skills, also on C-level A basic understanding of industrial processes would be desirable Flowing German and English knowledge in word and writing Standing for occasional missions
