In the Facility / Real Estate department in our headquarters in Hamburg, you support your future team with the following tasks: Responsibility for the smooth operation of buildings and installations, as well as guaranteeing value conservation and efficient management Monitoring and control of the technical building infrastructure Support for heating, climate, electrical and safety systems Planning and coordination of maintenance and maintenance measures Implementation of statutory audits Documentation of technical processes Ensure the functioning and safety of plants

Complete vocational training in the craft or technical field or completed studies in civil engineering or electrical engineering or in electrical engineering Professional experience in construction, in technical building management or in comparable activities Knowledge of property management and basic understanding of technical installations and processes Good communication skills in German and English in word and writing Sovereign handling of the MS Office package, ideally experience with MS Visio or comparable software Driving licence Class B
