Multiannual Professional Experience as Building Manager (m/w/d) in Building, ideally in complex projects Funded leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate employees and project participants to excellence High enforcement capability and consistently result-oriented operation Embossed cost awareness, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking Very good organizational ability, structured working and independent action Flexibility, team spirit and high commitment Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
