Comprehensive advice and support of executives on personal, labour and collective bargaining issues, taking into account entrepreneurial, budget-relevant and strategic aspects and requirements Support of the clinics/institutions/areas in personnel planning and advice on grouping issues, including in the aspect of personnel acquisition and retention Regular local exchange dates with the areas to be supervised (Campus North and South) Processing of labour law disciplinary matters in compliance with relevant labour and collective agreements Creation of evaluations for the areas to be supervised and deriving from them resulting measures / recommendations Close cooperation with the HR Service partners and at the interfaces within the HR department Cooperation and support in defined HR projects
Successfully completed university studies (Diplom FH/Bachelor) with an economic/legal orientation (ideally with a focus on staff) or successfully completed commercial training with further training on/m Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position (e.g. HR Business Partner, Personnel Officer, Personnel Generalist) incl. Knowledge of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle Finded labour law knowledge incl.
