As Project Manager (m/w/d) Heating & Ventilation / Energetic Refurbishment Planning and Coordinating High-Performance Refurbishment and Refurbishment Projects in the area of Heating, Ventilation and Measurement Control (MSR) Create and optimize rehabilitation concepts and action catalogs for energy-efficient buildings With responsibility you will accompany the projects from costing to implementation to final acceptance Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of the implemented measures for energy optimization As technical contact for internal and external project participants, including branches, business management and specialist planners Actively support the development of our energy management system and compliance with ISO 50001 standards

Successfully completed training as a technician or master in the field of heating, ventilation, sanitation or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the planning, implementation and control of construction and renovation projects Funded knowledge in heating, ventilation and MSR technology and in the economic evaluation of technical solutions Structured and powerful working with high self-initiative and problem-solving competence readiness to travel and pleasure in self-responsible work in a dynamic environment
