As an employee:in (m/w/d) in the sales service, you are responsible for customer support with a focus on export You will be actively involved in the creation and pursuit of the offer, and you will also apply customer and product master data and be pflegst You support the selection of listing suggestions as well as customer catalog editing and are responsible for the order and appointment tracking and active receivable management The creation of bonuses, commissions and end-of-year bills for customers, associations and representatives is one of your tasks as well as occasional business trips and participations As an active support for the sales service, you support the evaluation of statistics and analysis of customers

You have completed vocational training as a businesswoman in wholesale and foreign trade management (m/w/d), as an industrial businesswoman (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification and have already gained professional experience in the sales service with the focus on export to third and EU countries You have fun developing and analyzing customers and actively supporting them in cooperation with the sales service Through very good knowledge of German and good English (word and writing), strong contact skills and readiness to service, you can communicate safely at all levels – further language skills are advantageous Your handling of MS Office is sure you are interested in constantly developing here and can ideally rely on knowledge in SAP (especially module SD) You are a:e Macher:in (m/w/d), no:e Developer:in (m/w/d) and have to question the will and interest of processes to work together on change processes that optimize the daily business
