As a working student Active Sourcing (w/m/d), you have the opportunity to actively introduce yourself – depending on your interests and experiences – in the following areas: You support us in recruiting various vacancies at different hierarchical levels. You are taking independent projects in the field of Active Sourcing, especially on LinkedIn. You can work with the organization of exclusive recruiting events and innovative employer branding approaches to increase our visibility and win the best talents for us. You are responsible for self-defined HR processes after extensive incorporation. You get exciting insights into the versatile HR world of a dynamic group of companies.
You are in (run) studies in the field of economic/social sciences, psychology or a comparable degree course. Ideally, you already have first experiences in the HR sector. You are a team player and the work in a dynamic and growing company is fun. You go proactively to find solutions for yourself. You have knowledge of German (mind. C1 level) and very good English (mind. B2-level).
