In this position, you play a central role in the development and optimization of medium-voltage cable assemblies and components. You work closely with external development and production partners as well as test laboratories – including universities, suppliers and technical institutes – and contribute significantly to the technological development of our products. Design, new development, further development and testing of medium-voltage components and fittings up to 42 kV Ensuring and applying relevant standards and representing CEP in standards bodies Creation of concepts, design guidelines and technical documentation Planning and implementation of type and development tests for medium-voltage components Support during operation and further development of our HV test laboratory Construction, maintenance and qualification of a resilient network of external partners Review and qualification of parts and components Management and implementation of PLM and development projects in interdisciplinary teams including Documentation and presentation of results Leadership and coordination of external research projects and cooperations Support for the analysis of complaints as well as for technical questions in purchasing Implementation of initial sample tests for new developments
Complete studies of electrical engineering (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) knowledge of plastic injection moulding, in particular elastomer processing (silicon, EPDM) incl.
