End-to-end responsibility and management of the EAM product backlog including prioritization, structuring and progress control - in close coordination with the respective Product Stream Planning, moderation and follow-up of all cross-product and DSO rounds together with the EAM Chief Product Owner (CPO) Professional leadership and further development of a cross-functional team that supports the implementation of product requirements via all streams Strategic further development of the end-to-end processes to include, evaluate, prioritize and implement product requirements Disc function between Business (DSOs) and Product Streams: Ensure that requirements are sharpened, understood and translated into deliverable packages Proactive identification of optimization potentials in the product development process as well as impulse generators for standardization, automation and scalability.

Higher education in (economic)industrial, (economic)informatics or in a comparable degree programme At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management Knowledge of SAP PM & SAP BTP environment Good understanding of network building and maintenance processes and regulatory frameworks in the energy market First leadership experience through technical management of project teams or through disciplinary responsibility Extraordinary project management skills in a complex environment with several, partly international, stakeholders Hands-on-Mentiality and Ownership to drive themes autonomously, create transparency and introduce solutions Personality with strong focus on structures and end-to-end processes and the ability to challenge the status quo High self-initiative & motivation, structured working and pleasure in managing teams Group-wide personal network in the E.ON Energy Networks Community Experiences in the context of Group-wide transformation and digitization projects in the field of Energy Networks Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
