Operations Manager (m/w/d) for industrial lace manufacturing

Total responsibility for the planning, production and timely delivery of the products along the entire value flow – with focus on quality, costs and efficiency Leadership and further development of production-related departments and ensuring a powerful, structured and coordinated organisation Analysis and continuous optimization of production processes and internal logistics structures to reduce throughput times, stocks and production costs Introduction of new manufacturing processes, implementation of capacity expansions and active development of operational processes Close cooperation with product development, in particular for high-speed and run-out processes, as well as accompanying the transfer to series production

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering or comparable technical training with corresponding further training Multiannual leadership and management experience in production, production or factory management, ideally in a technology-oriented industrial company Very good knowledge of production control, lean methods, value flow design and process and production optimization Experience in the further development of supply chain, production and logistics processes and in the introduction of new manufacturing processes Analytical strong, structured personality with high result orientation and safe handling of complex operational relationships Authentic, motivating leaders with strong communication skills, social competence and readiness to change High levels of implementation, flexibility and willingness to actively promote operational topics as well as strategic developments
