You make sure everything is in the right place at the right time – from technical materials to important deliveries. You coordinate and control transport and storage processes – incl. Special drives & works You keep our transport and tour plans up to date (e.g. in SharePoint & SAP) You make sure our customers get everything in time – Tracking & Tracing included You are the interface between customers, internal departments and logistics service providers You process complaints, returns & claims You will extract data, first reportings & help to optimize our logistics processes You check offers and invoices for plausibility You actively contribute to projects and quality appointments

Complete training in the commercial sector with a focus on logistics or a logistics study About 2 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain You work independently, carefully and have a good eye for numbers SAP and MS Office (especially Excel) are not foreign words for you You are communicative, service-oriented and like to work in the team German fluent in word and writing – good English skills desirable Nice to have: Experience with SharePoint and SAP BI
