Your role As a working student, you are part of the HR organization. Work law works directly with business partners and executives. It provides detailed insights into the organisational structure and operational processes of an international company.

Your duties The area of labour law is responsible for the entire labour law of Nexperia Germany GmbH and supervises all the topics relevant to labour law in both individual and collective law. Personnel management and the departments will be consulted on all matters relating to labour, business, social and collective law, as well as on all basic personal policy issues. The tasks include the detailed research and preparation of target group-oriented opinions on current labour and business constitutional issues, the writing of fonts and presentations, as well as the advice of the departments. Your profile Immatrikulation in the degree programme Law with a focus on labour law Above-average first state exams focusing on labour law First practical experience of labour law readiness to work quickly into new facts Flowing German and English skills Good expressiveness in word and writing Team spirit and high commitment Conditions Durational contract
