In the position of the HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you support the employees of a business unit throughout the entire employee life cycle. With know-how you advise the executives and employees across the topic. The recruitment process, which ranges from the vacancies to the conduct of interviews, is also in your field of responsibility. They are involved in the production of creative and targeted personal marketing measures. In addition, maintain and monitor the compensation programs within the framework of location and group-wide bonus systems. Your activity is complemented by personnel management in the form of efficient administration. Project work at both company and group level completes your task field.

Ideally, you have a completed university degree in economics or an equivalent degree. Experience in the field of human resources will help you get started with us. They take responsibility and are characterised by their clear communication and enforcement strength and safe occurrence. We require a sovereign handling of MS Office and ideally with SAP HCM / SF.
