Your duties Professional and organisational leadership as well as further development of the 14-person external service team including personnel deployment and holiday planning as well as annual discussions Technical advice and support of customers as well as development of economic solutions, supply creation and costing Planning, control and monitoring of service, maintenance and assembly projects in terms of quality, costs and dates Expansion of existing customer relationships and acquisition of new customers and projects in the field of refrigeration technology Further development of internal processes and technical standards as well as ensuring legal and safety-relevant requirements Central interface between customers, employees, suppliers, specialist planners and management

Masters in refrigeration plant engineering or a comparable qualification as well as professional experience in indoor air and refrigeration technology Leadership and joy in developing employees professionally and successfully as a team Technical know-how combined with economic thinking; ideally experience in costing, supply creation and project management Communication strength, binding appearance and customer and solution-oriented mode of operation Self-responsible operation, decision-making and motivation to actively develop structures and business Safe handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge in pds driving licence class B
