Digital Platform and Operations (Infrastructure, Cloud, Workplace, User and Application Services) Planning and implementation of projects including scope, resource and time planning Coordination over several delivery units and provision of a coordinated implementation Control of dependencies between teams, platforms and external providers Responsibility for cost planning, marketing and streamlined reporting Management of project teams as well as management of external service providers Proactive stakeholders, risk and escalation management Close coordination with strategic leads, service management and architects

Completed studies (economic informatics, business management / BWL, computer science or comparable) Multiannual experience in IT project or program management in the environment IT Services and Operations Know-how in the development of complex research initiatives and across-the-range programmes and stakeholders, project teams and external providers Knowledge of classical, agile and hybrid project management methods Ideally certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, Scrum or SAFe) Good understanding of IT service management, platform approaches and sourcing structures Structured, solution-oriented work with focus on transparency and delivery Very good knowledge of German and English Imprinted communication and enforcement strength
