You enter and build a firm customer base from sales partners within an area. You organize and conduct events with TOP customers to strengthen customer loyalty. You analyze business potentials for the financial funds and ensure high-quality customer retention. You meet the requirements of the sales partners, develop innovative sales strategies and optimise their business processes. You implement targeted measures to increase sales taking into account internal corporate strategies. In addition, you can support projects with a focus on sales and process optimization in the field of internal and cross-area projects.

You have successfully completed your training or studies in the insurance sector or have comparable qualifications. You have extensive knowledge in the financial and insurance market. You have experience in sales and acquisition of new business partners. You are communicative, you like to work in the team and draw your attention through your analytical thinking. You are motivated to position and enforce yourself in an exciting area of the intermediary market.
