In this function you are part of our retail sales team. The area of responsibility shall include the following activities: • Brand ambassador for SCHIESSER & active exchange of our values • Ensuring a positive customer journey through competent advice & excellent service • Application of cross & up-selling strategies to optimize the shopping experience • Ensuring an attractive product presentation according to our Visual Merchandising specifications • Compliance with the cash security policies & support in return and complaint processes • Continuous position of an optimally equipped sales area
