Development and programming of PLC controls (Siemens S7/TIA Portal) for complex industrial plants. Start-up of the control systems at the customer's premises. Integration of peripheral devices and interfaces, including the creation of visualizations (e.g. WinCC). Performance of functional tests and optimization of plant control. Error analysis and correction during commissioning and during operation. Technical documentation and training of users.
Completed studies or training in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable discipline. Long-standing experience in PLC programming, especially with Siemens systems. Experience with field buses and interfaces such as Profinet, Profibus, IO-Link or Ethernet/IP. Experience in implementing safety systems (e.g. safety PLC). Travel readiness (national and international) as well as team skills. Very good knowledge of German and English. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation.
