Here you can actively participate:

• Coordination and monitoring of repair, maintenance and cleaning services of external service providers and procurement and management of consumables and aids • Monitoring of building control technology (GLT) including heating and air conditioning systems and air-conditioning systems (LTA) • independent implementation of smaller repair and maintenance measures and administrative activities (digital documentation etc.) • Ensuring smooth handling of our events and meetings (reception, media technology, etc.) and in-house removals • Maintenance and maintenance of service vehicles and the machine park • Implementation of closing and control services as well as independent key management and programming of electronic chip locking systems

This is what distinguishes you as a creator:

• Complete technical training in the field of plant mechanics, electronics or comparable and multiannual experience in this profession • Funded knowledge in the field of electronics, electrical engineering and/or sanitary heating and air conditioning technology as well as affinity for building and plant engineering • First practical knowledge in building management is advantageous • Secure handling of Microsoft Office programs • Class B driving licence • Structured operation, flexibility and loadability • Secure knowledge of German in word and writing (min. B2-GER-Niveau) • Service and team orientation combined with self-initiative and sense of responsibility • Pleasure to work in shiftwork: early shift from 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., late shift from 8:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday services in the two-three week rhythm from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.
