Responsible for the timely completion of the production results Further development of the required manufacturing processes Optimization of the organisation of the process and adaptation of the organisation of the structure Discipline leadership of the segment (approx. 50 employees / 6 Direct Reports) Plant optimization and process development Approval of technical feasibility and experimental plans in the context of product and process development Responsible for prevention, correction and storage measures in terms of process stability and product quality Strategic orientation of technology in the field, including the latest state of the art

Complete technical training or studies, ideally in the study programmes of printing and media technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering or production engineering Experience in the management of manufacturing units, ideally in medium-sized companies Experience in handling QM systems, occupational safety and environmental management systems Experiences in quality assurance, lean management and project management Safe application of business principles Impressive enforcement and flexibility Sovereign appearance and communication strength High social competence and team skills Quality understanding Very good English skills Routined handling of MS-Office
