Deputy Head of Residential Care for a residential care facility (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you support and represent the residential area management in the organisation, control and coordination of workflows in the living area. Quality: You work in implementing the care concept and ensuring quality standards as well as continuous improvement processes. Cooperation: You work closely with medical professionals and authorities and are important contact persons for family members. Competence: Your expertise brings you with much empathy into the treatment care of our residents. Documentation: You are co-responsible for the professional documentation of nursing activities and take care of the application for care adjustments. Collaboration: You are important contacts for employees, participate in senior team meetings and promote a pleasant cooperation in the interdisciplinary team. The position is rewarded attractively according to the P10 TVöD-B payment group. The service can take place in the 2- or 3-layer system. Qualification: Completed training as a nursing professional, nursing professional or health care professional. A further training on the practical instructions is desirable, but no need. Expertise: Funded knowledge of care and ideally first leadership experience. Valuable attitude & communication in cooperation with employees, residents, relatives and cooperation partners. Pleasure of active participation. Readiness: You don't have to be able to do everything! It is important to us that you enjoy learning new things.
