IT System Administrator - IT Specialist for System Integration

You enter and manage the IT system landscape at several international locations and ensure smooth operation in the daily business You are the central contact person for employees in technical questions and supports ongoing support including processing and tracking of requests You take over the management and support of various terminals as well as modern communication and conference solutions Ensure the stable operation of the local infrastructure, including network connections, accesses and security components You are working on the further development of existing IT services and agree closely with internal and comprehensive IT interfaces You are responsible for selected central services in the field of communication and digital cooperation You analyze relevant service key figures, keep the quality of the IT services in mind and actively contribute optimisation ideas You act as an interface between local requirements in daily business and higher-level IT structures

You have completed your studies in the IT field, for example in computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject area, as an alternative to an appropriate IT training Multiannual practical experience in an IT-close position, ideally in an internationally established business environment Knowledge of the support and administration of modern cloud solutions, especially in the Microsoft environment, are a plus Technical knowledge Very good knowledge of German and good to very good knowledge of English for cooperation in an international environment Understanding IT infrastructures, IT services and technical relationships Experience in service-oriented IT processes, ideally based on common IT service management standards Knowledge of the handling of regulatory requirements and safety requirements in the European environment is advantageous Additional language skills, for example in French, are welcome
