In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a technical real estate manager (m/w/d), who takes responsibility, actively manages projects and develops properties in the long term.

You maintain our property portfolio in all technical matters and ensure the professional implementation of maintenance, rehabilitation and modernization measures. Technical service Implementation of housing and commercial collections and transfers Recording and processing of technical defects Regular object visits Monitoring of object states and derivation of necessary measures Management of craftsmen and service providers Collection and evaluation of offers Procurement of repair and maintenance orders Coordination and control of craftsmen, masters and service providers Examination and supervision of maintenance and service contracts Maintenance and Projects Planning and monitoring of rehabilitation, modernisation and maintenance measures Warranty tracking Processing of insurance damage Preparation of tenders and performance lists

Experience in technical real estate management, facility management or construction Ideally training or studies in the technical field (e.g. civil engineering, construction engineering or comparable qualification) Safe appearance and good communication skills Structured, independent operation Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Driver's license class B
