Ensuring technical plant availability through proactive maintenance, maintenance and continuous improvement of technical systems using standard processes and methods specified by Sanofi Planning and compliance with the maintenance budget, implementation of initiatives to increase efficiency Maintaining occupational safety (e.g. equipment and machinery, workshops, occupational safety) for all employees and other companies employed in the plant and supporting planet car activities Ensuring the GxP compliance of all systems and technical facilities by means of, for example, calibration, periodic qualification programs, qualification of their own employees and corresponding foreign companies Coordination of effective communication as the main controller of the ENG area towards the management, the controller of further involved/interested functions and external service providers and machine manufacturers Representative of the ENG area as part of investment projects in the respective production area including investment portfolio management / transformation projects in the ENG area and ensuring appropriate professional support / cooperation with the respective project organisations Responsible for the health management of the ENG area as well as for recruitment and qualification of the employees involved

Experience: Successful multiannual management of a larger technical organization or alternatively management of investment projects > 10 million in the GMP or FSMP environment Social competencies / Technical skills: Self-conscious, empathic and targeted leadership style, strong communication skills within the framework of a global matrix organization / daily local production organization, deep understanding of maintenance / maintenance / project management in the GMP environment (focus approach, sterile filling, visual control and packaging) Training: Technical courses such as mechanical engineering, process engineering, automation technology or multiannual operational experience in the technical environment of corresponding manufacturing areas Languages: German and English
