You are responsible for the entire sales channel Discount – from strategic orientation to annual talks to operational implementation in the international environment Our key accounts will help you develop sustainably, build new partnerships and secure a strong presence of our assortments in discount You conduct price and contract negotiations on decision-makers: internally and implement powerful assortment, action and display concepts Market, customer and competitive analyses translate into concrete growth impulses that you successfully realize together with your environment The full P&L responsibility for your business area is with you: You tax cover contributions, calculate customer-specific offers and deliver impulses for product, marketing and investment decisions In close cooperation with marketing, product management and supply chain, you ensure that our products are efficiently listed, placed and supplied As a central contact for discount partners, you represent PARSA Beauty at trade fairs, negotiations and strategic presentations

Multiannual experience in FMCG/Markenartikelvertrieb, ideally with a clear focus Discount and demonstrable success in developing relevant key accounts A completed economic study or a comparable commercial qualification Embossed sales, numbers and results orientation: you think in KPIs, margins, rotations and potentials and consistently tax your business according to economic criteria Negotiation security at decision-makers: internal and a sovereign, binding occurrence – internal and external High self-responsibility and joy of decision: You drive topics proactive, targeted and with a clear focus on success Very good German and English skills to professionally support international discount partners Affinity for beauty and lifestyle products, combined with a good understanding of category management mechanisms in the discount environment
