We are looking for a:n engineer for our department of planning, construction and operation systems: in basic questions electricity grid in permanent employment in full time (part time possible with 19.5 hours/week).

You strengthen and monitor the organizational security of the planning and operation of the power plants to ensure efficient and sustainable network and plant operation. You coordinate and develop regulations, technical standards and develop maintenance strategies. Your tasks include carrying out risk analyses, evaluating downtime scenarios and developing appropriate measures. You check operationally counter-current risks of supply security for measures in the power grid and thus ensure smooth operation. You will develop the crisis organisation, including the creation and maintenance of the emergency guide and the implementation of crisis exercises and training. You also support certifications, audits, risk assessments and process documentation. Another focus of your activity is the analysis of legal and regulatory developments. You derive concrete recommendations for action to ensure compliance with all requirements. In addition, you take over the management and monitoring of research and development projects in the field of electricity networks. Take care of compliance with budget and quality requirements to advance innovative solutions.

You have a successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering or equivalent knowledge and skills. In addition, you will learn well-founded knowledge of energy supply, electrical industry and electrical plant engineering, have experience in dealing with legal and technical requirements as well as a good commercial understanding, project management knowledge and DV/PC knowledge. Your strengths lie in the control and delegation, paired with persuasion and enforcement, as well as the willingness to take responsibility, promote employees and think in a solution-oriented manner. Social skills such as self-initiative, customer orientation, communication strength as well as a cooperative and conflictable behavior complete your profile. We require a class B driver's license and the willingness to participate in the call-readiness service.
