• also possible in the job sharing- The following interesting tasks await you in your new workplace: Holistic support of customers with complex credit commitments assigned to the rehabilitation

Business assessment and risk assessment including proposal for the risk provision of rehabilitation commitments

Assessment of legal issues for the further approach to rehabilitation commitments

Requirements and plausibility of refurbishment reports

Development, creation and implementation of an action concept

Participation in and moderation of financial meetings

Negotiations with customers whose consultants and other financialians lead

Preparation and meeting of credit decisions

Transferring support of the commitment to the market or the settlement

You support internal projects and further development of processes in the team renovation

Ideally, you will bring: Successfully completed banking training with further training to/from the bank business operator, savings banks business operator or comparable qualification

Professional experience in credit processing or rehabilitation, ideally in the field of structured financing

Knowledge of credit and security law as well as business and accounting relationships

Good verbal and written expressiveness

Safe handling of bank-typical software

Analytical thinking, negotiation skills and a high degree of self-initiative

Team skills as well as a sovereign and empathic appearance, even in difficult conversation situations
