Leadership, motivation and organization of the kitchen team Ensuring a smooth kitchen drain together with the chef Responsibility for compliance with our quality, hygiene and HACCP standards Organisation of goods management and control of stocks and orders Support in the service and holiday planning of the kitchen team Creating and developing new and existing team members Participation in the optimization of kitchen processes and workflows Responsibility for order, cleanliness and successful completion of the day Active cooperation in the operational day-to-day business and support of the team during the service

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position as Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef / Chef Experience in the leadership and motivation of a kitchen team Organisational strength and a structured and independent way of working High quality and responsibility Very good knowledge of HACCP guidelines Economic thinking and experience in the goods industry Loadability, reliability and team spirit Passion for high-quality Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality
