You coordinate a warehouse team of up to 20 professional employees. You control the warehouse production, carry out daily mission meetings and report to the shift manager. You coordinate the personnel and resource deployment planning on the basis of shift plans in coordination with the shift manager. You commission goods, work actively in the day-to-day operating business and ensure responsible handling of stalkers, quick-runners, MDE devices, etc. You control the order release according to the available resources and thus ensure the daily business. You carry out inventory checks and monitor the warehouse management system. You participate in team meetings with the shift manager and the warehouse manager. You ensure quality and performance within a process.

You have a completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics, as a specialist warehouse (m/w/d) or have well-founded equivalent professional experience. You bring relevant professional experience in the warehouse area and a pronounced know-how, ideally in the department of Warehouse and have a licence for industrial trucks. You can already demonstrate personnel responsibility. You bring process knowledge and an economic way of thinking and have an independent and structured way of working. You will also show an independent and structured way of working. You are resilient and also keep an overview in stressful situations. You have a high level of enforcement while at the same time high intercultural/integrative competence and can motivate teams to act cooperatively.
