Global P&C Product Manager (m/f/d) People Development - Talent & Succession Management

Your duties You design global talent review and follow-up planning frameworks and continuously develop them. The definition of methods for identifying, evaluating and calibrating talents, tailored to the business requirements, is also part of your task. You develop and standardize processes for talent reviews, succession planning and pipeline management. In addition, ensure the consistency and transparency of talent processes across all regions. You create clear and practical guidelines, toolkits and training documents for relevant stakeholders. You can also support the ability and training of regional teams and other stakeholders. You drive the global rollout and the uniform implementation of the frameworks in cooperation with the P&C and GBS teams. Finally analyze feedback and talent data, identify optimization potentials and integrate best practices as well as current trends.

Your profile You have completed university studies, ideally in business, human resources, psychology or a comparable field. Multiannual experience in talent and succession management, ideally in an international environment, complete your profile. You have experience in developing and implementing global HR processes and frameworks. You have pronounced project and change management skills and experience in managing global implementations. You are able to combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation and stakeholder capability. You have strong analytical skills and experience in handling talent data and analysis. You convince by very good communication and stakeholder management skills and are happy to work across areas and culture. We require knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
