Purchasing Planner (m/w/d)

Reico & Partner Vertriebs GmbH is a family company from the Allgäu (Bavaria), which specialises in the direct distribution of animal food and food supplements for humans and animals. At our headquarters in Oberostendorf im Allgäu we are looking for you to ensure our growth and the successful future security of the company at the next possible time.... They are part of the purchasing and logistics team and have always looked at the need for current goods, maintain several product groups and are responsible for the disposition and the triggering of the orders.

You are responsible for creating and terminating orders from our suppliers and keep in mind availability, delivery times and complaints. They maintain and update product and supplier master data in SAP and thus ensure a reliable data base. You have the stock management responsibility and take care of the price during your business. They actively contribute to the optimization of our procurement processes. They take over supplier management and communication with suppliers. They take over administrative tasks in the shopping area and support transport orders.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have at least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing They bring very good MS Office knowledge especially in Excel; Experience with SAP is desirable. They work carefully, structured and also keep an overview and good mood in stressful situations. They are highly communication, service-oriented and come safely in contact with suppliers. English knowledge of word and writing are advantageous They are an organizational institution with team spirit and a solution-oriented way of working.
