OPX Manager (m/f/d)

General responsibility for Operational Excellence (OPX) strategy at the Sarstedt plant and its sustainable implementation Control and prioritization of all continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Ka izen) Development and standardisation of value flow and production systems along the combined value chain Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the OPX organization Building a sustainable lean and continuous improvisation culture through training and work shops Establishing a Performance Management System incl. KPI structures Monitoring the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and the implementation of necessary adjustments Regular reporting to the VP Ops Building close relationships with department leaders, team leaders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the changes Head of cross-functional project teams

Complete studies in the field of engineering, business management, production technology or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in OPX, preferably in the metal industry Experience in the leadership of teams and projects Experience with MES systems Good knowledge of English Safe handling of MS Office and basic knowledge of ERP systems Ideal experience with tools such as MS Planner, Visio, or Power BI Impressed communication strength and ability to act on all levels of the organization, empower and motivate teams Team orientation and joy in cross-departmental cooperation • Hands-on-Mentiality and presence on the shopfloor Analytical thinkability combined with pragmatic solution orientation Own initiative and structured and independent operation Responsibility and Enforcement in Implementation
