As Head of (m/w/d) Network Planning, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the electrical execution planning and contribute significantly to the safe, economical and future-oriented development of our electricity networks and systems. Responsible management of the “Planning Electro” organization unit for the execution planning of our electricity networks and systems

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of about 10 employees

Establishing efficient planning processes and digital tools (GIS, network calculation software, SAP, WFM, etc.)

Responsibility for basics, execution and approval planning of new plants, network expansion projects and network renewals - from the connection to the upstream 110-kV network to the 20-kV-/0,4-kV distribution network including the special connections in all voltage levels

Responsibility for material planning, costing, budgeting and economic optimization of planning measures

Management of construction and assembly service providers, including the creation of tenders and the maintenance of technical framework contracts taking into account cost and quality aspects

Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines, technical regulations (e.g. VDE, DIN, TAB)

Coordination with approval authorities, municipalities and internal stakeholders

Successfully completed engineering studies or a comparable degree Knowledge in the planning, construction or operation of energy networks and installations, as well as safe application of relevant regulations, regulations and laws Project experience in the implementation of projects under the energy transition Multiannual leadership experience combined with an independent, structured and committed way of working High self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility and joy in team collaboration.
