You are responsible for partner acquisition, support, development and integration in the North region (Niedersachsen, Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg and Bremen). Your particular focus is on the creation of an excellent franchisee binding and the generation of a sustainable, profitable partner growth. You advise franchise partners competently on the established FSP performance and conditions models and ensure their long-term success. As a brand ambassador*in, you are exemplary in compliance with the Group's compliance and governance rules. You are responsible for ensuring the achievement of business and financial goals (especially KPIs) as well as operational excellence and service quality. At the same time, you value a high level of satisfaction for both partners and end customers. Together with the Local Field Management, you analyze and coordinate the coherence between different markets and services and implement appropriate measures. The disciplinary leadership of employees from the partner service falls into your responsibility as well as the service-oriented support of customers and partners. You implement operational measures derived from the management requirements and the regional action plans.

Closed studies preferably in the commercial sector or comparable comprehensive commercial experience as well as several years of professional experience in management functions in the service sector, ideally in the automotive market Experience in the area of franchise or as an independent merchant (m/w/d) Expressed analytical skills and cost-conscious thinking, combined with a strong judgment and decision-making power High social competence, human knowledge and self-initiative combined with a high level of sense of responsibility Experience in employee management and a cooperative, team-oriented working style Pleasure and willingness to work in the field of the North region
