Master Electrical Engineering – Head of Final Assembly & Production (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the field of electrical engineering final equipment with currently around 45 employees and develop your team in a targeted manner. You plan, control and monitor the production processes and ensure the time, quality and cost-oriented execution of all production orders. You coordinate cooperation with adjacent areas such as work preparation, manufacturing and logistics and ensure a smooth flow of information. You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and accompany the introduction of efficient working and manufacturing processes. You ensure compliance with all relevant requirements in the areas of occupational safety, environmental management and quality management and document production-relevant key figures.

You have a successfully completed master qualification in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable technical training. You bring several years of professional experience in a manufacturing industrial environment and were ideally able to gain knowledge in the field of electrotechnical final assembly, low voltage or medium voltage connection technology. You have first or several years of leadership experience and convince with their strong communication, organizational and social competence. You work in a structured, solution-oriented and independent manner and are characterized by a high degree of responsibility and enforcement strength. You are safe in handling MS Office applications and have experiences with ERP systems as well as knowledge in the areas of work security, quality management or lean methods are beneficial.
