Technical management and control of projects in the SAP SuccessFactors environment, including introduction, development and integration of modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals Coordination of internal and external project participants and responsibility for technical architecture, interface concepts and system integration in existing SAP and non-SAP landscapes Ensuring compliance with time, budget and quality objectives, performing requirements analyses and creating technical specifications Support in selecting and evaluating new SuccessFactors modules and functionality Control of Test, Rollout and Change Management Activities Close cooperation with the HR area for optimal mapping of HR processes in SuccessFactors

Completed studies of (economic) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the technical management of SAP projects, ideally in the SuccessFactors environment Experience with agile project methods (e.g. Scrum) and classic project management standards (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) Funded knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors architecture and integration scenarios (e.g. SAP BTP, SAP CPI, API management) Embossed communication and moderation capabilities as well as safe occurrence at all hierarchical levels Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
