Teamlead Software Engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the disciplinary leadership of the Software Engineering team within the Engineering Submarine department and coordinates utilisation, project allocation, recruiting and further development of employees You define uniform procedures and methods in accordance with the SGE Roadmap and the company process “Software Engineering” and support the projects methodically in their application You work closely with other engineering team leaders and stakeholders to ensure a uniform engineering methodology Together with your team, you define pioneering technologies and make sure You are implemented as standards in the projects. Together with the project managers, you manage project dependencies, solve them and set up framework conditions You support the creation or review of offers by concept creation and estimation of software engineering You develop concepts and architectures for reusable software components and platforms that serve as a basis for our systems and projects

You have completed your studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or physics You have several years of professional experience in SW development and creation of SW architectures for complex systems You have professional and ideally first disciplinary leadership experience Known methods of requirements engineering, model-based development and agile software development Ideally you have experience in object-oriented programming in C++ and PLC programming You bring high commitment, high reliability, high communication skills and empathy You have good English skills in word and writing
