Your new job

• Creation and administration of service reports and proofs of hours
• Documentation of findings and relevant information
• Processing of orders and materials management
• Support for various projects
• General office organisation and administrative activities

That's what you bring

• Completed commercial training
• Multiannual professional experience in the commercial sector
• Advantages are knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel, ideally also in MS Project
• Good knowledge of German
• Experience in office work and organization
