You advise our citizens with their expertise on all issues and concerns relating to the subject of state law. You shall examine requests for citizenship for their legality and completeness. You shall make specific decisions on the authorisation or rejection of applications and shall issue appropriate communications. You are responsible for the processing of applications for the issue of a national identity card. In specific cases, you will examine whether a person has statelessness. You shall make decisions on the maintenance, waiver and release from the German nationality on the basis of the applicable legal provisions and individual circumstances of the applicants.

a completed study in the advanced non-technical administration service (e.g. Bachelor of Arts – Public Management) or in a degree course that matches the above tasks (e.g. Bachelor of Arts – Public Economy, Bachelor of Laws or 1st State Exams) Alternatively, a comparable qualification, e.g. B. a completed or ongoing training for the management specialist (Employee Test II) Security in the application of general administrative law and discretionary decisions intercultural competence and joy in dealing with people the ability to keep the overview under pressure, to set priorities and to act flexibly You have completed training as an official in the middle administration and want to further qualify?
