Senior Embedded Software Developer Full-time (m/f/d)

Your tasks • You develop, optimize and manage firmware as well as embedded software for microcontrollers. • You work close to hardware and take over the technical implementation of complex embedded systems. • You design and realize software solutions with and without real-time operating system. • You define, evaluate and implement robust and scalable software architectures. • You integrier complex peripherals and interfaces and ensure their reliable interaction. • You analyze, test and debue embedded software systematically and sustainably. • You opt for performance, storage and energy consumption for demanding and resource-critical applications. • You document architectures and implementations and work closely with hardware, test and project teams.

Your profile • You have completed your studies in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable subject. • You have at least 5 years of experience in the development of embedded software with C and C++. • You bring very good knowledge in the programming of common microcontroller platforms. • You have profound experience in designing and implementing software architectures. • You have experience with real-time operating systems as well as bare metal development. • You have good knowledge of common communication protocols and interfaces. • You have experience in hardware-related debugging and in handling measurement and analysis tools. • You are familiar with build systems and version control systems. • You have experience using test and debugging tools. • You work structured, self-responsibility and like to work in the team. • You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
