For the EDEKA ZENTRALE Stiftung & Co. KG, we offer an internship in the area of Compensation & Benefits for 3-6 months from February 2026 to strengthen our staff/service management team.

You support the implementation of HR projects, e.g. as part of the employee survey and the CSRD report You actively participate in the further development of remuneration and benefits structures You research and analyze current trends and benchmarks in Compensation & Benefits You support strategic HR work through independent coordination of relevant projects You work closely with various HR teams and interfaces in the company
