Technical Sales Representative - Field Service / Acquisition / Measurement Technology (m/w/d)

The VEGA Grieshaber KG develops and produces level and pressure meters for the process industry and is considered a technology leader in the industry. Every 80 seconds a new VEGA device goes into operation somewhere in the world, a total of 418,000 pieces per year. Every one of them is unique.

Our sensors solve demanding measurement tasks in chemical and pharmaceutical plants, in the food industry and in drinking water supply, in sewage treatment plants and on landfills, in mining and in energy production, on drilling islands, ships and on aircraft. You enter the new and existing customers in your sales area (Great Darmstadt - PLZ subareas 551 - 552, 630 - 633, 642 - 648 and 675) You identify and acquire new customers:inside and analyze potential customers:in order to expand our customer base You advise individually and conduct targeted demand analyses to offer our customers suitable measurement solutions. You’re planning and building business relationships through personal conversations, emails, networking and social selling to optimally exploit the potential of your sales area

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economic engineering, technical business or in a comparable field of expertise You live in the sales area You have sales skills combined with enthusiasm for forward-looking measurement technology You have a high degree of readiness to learn to constantly deepen your expert knowledge in measuring technology You have a proactive, positive and empathic attitude to represent our company authentically in the field service You have very good German and good English skills
