As part of your student work, you support us in the following areas of activity: Working with current projects and participation in operational tasks Preparation and creation of comprehensive planning and controlling documents (presentations, decision templates) Participation in lean management projects to increase efficiency You would like to make a process different? Then do it! Make suggestions for improvement and introduce this to your team or department

Course in Business Administration / Industrial Engineer / Mechanical Engineering or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel/ Power Point First practical experience in dealing with Lean methods, analysis and optimization of business processes Impressed target and result orientation, pronounced communication skills, decision-making and conflict-solving ability, commitment and team capacity Self-confident and safe in dealing with different target groups and hierarchy levels Self-employed, structured working methods, rapid understanding, high readiness for use and flexibility Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
