For our stores in Kiel, we are now looking for an assistant branch manager / Deputy Store Manager (m/w/d) in full time.

Ensuring the smooth operation in the operating daily business Handling of economic indicators Instruction, leadership, motivation and development of the team Implementation of employee training Staff deployment planning Representation of branch management

Professional experience in retail, gastronomy or similar areas with customer contact Commercial thinking and acting leadership experience, ideally from larger teams Hands-On Mentality High readiness for learning and performance, flexibility and durability
