Own and responsible costing of projects in the field of technical building equipment (TGA)

Development and evaluation of efficient and sustainable technical solutions

Development of cost estimates and mass determinations based on performance lists and plans

Active participation of supply strategies and participation in price negotiations

Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, such as project management and purchasing

Competent contact for clients and partners to ensure cost transparency and reliability

Complete study in the field of supply technology, energy technology, mechanical engineering or a qualification as a state-tested technician or master (SHK)

Professional experience in the calculation of TGA projects is advantageous

Knowledge of the VOB and the law of the contract are desirable

Safe handling of a common costing software and MS Office applications

An independent, analytical and result-oriented approach
