From the first day on, you actively support us and get to know the instruments, procedures and processes of personnel work. As PreMaster:in you will independently process projects in the field of the extraction, development and binding of employees. You will support and support various projects on current HR and digitization topics and will be responsible for their further development (e.g. personal marketing, social media, process improvements, etc.). In addition, you are implementing the design and organisation of various HR events with a lot of commitment. You can also help us optimize HR instruments and processes with a focus on transformation and digitalization. We focus on your creativity and flexibility in the processing of special projects. Last but not least, you analyze and design management reports.

Education: completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of BWL, VWL, social economy or comparable, ideally with a focus on staff and concrete intention to include a master's degree Experiences and know-how: very good MS Office knowledge and advanced know-how in Excel Personality and mode of operation: you are always structuring, independent and aim-oriented, you like to be flexible in your activities and use your communication skills, you keep the goal in mind responsibly and proves enforcement strength Enthusiasm: Interest in digital and media processes and joy in dealing with people Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
