Completed degree (secondary level) Embossed entrepreneurial thinking, analytical structural competence & systemic thinking High intrinsic motivation (no 9‐to‐5-minset) Multiannual experience in strategic, analytical or cross-functional tasks Experience in prioritizing and deciding under uncertainty High ability to quickly capture and structure complexity Clarity in communication, decision-making and interface control Empathy, situational leadership & courage to make clear recommendations Criticism in giving and accepting as well as a positive, clear language in cooperation
