You are responsible for the tendering of post-contracting services in the turnkey area In addition to the clarification of technical and economic issues, you agree closely with the project team You coordinate and control the procurement processes and conduct contract negotiations When creating and maintaining performance directories, consider the current procurement and contract regulations You develop tender strategies and evaluate offers both technically and economically You examine special proposals and actively contribute to follow-up management

You have completed their studies in civil engineering, in architecture or a comparable field or over many years of professional experience with corresponding training Ideally, you will bring several years of experience in the tendering and creation of performance directories Communication strength, negotiation skills and a safe occurrence In addition, you can convince yourself by organizational talent, quality awareness and a cost-oriented working method The safe handling of MS Office lies with you and you bring knowledge of the current VOB with
