You take over the leadership and further development of the multi-headed Payroll team You shall ensure a correct payment including certifying and reporting in cooperation with the external system partner, as well as a proper contract You are responsible for the handling of complex social insurance, tax and collective bargaining issues You develop, implement and review processes in the area of Payroll & Services You optimize the use of tools and systems (Loga) and implement a time economy linked to the accounting system in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders You ensure continuous coordination processes with financial accounting and support external reporting, such as annual accounts and social security audits You support pay billing in times of high workload You conduct projects and participate in higher-level personnel projects

You have successfully completed your studies (Uni/FH/DH) in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded professional experience You have collected first leadership experiences You have comprehensive knowledge of pay accounting and time management You possess well-founded and up-to-date knowledge of labour, social security and tax law and ideally have experience in dealing with collective agreements, in particular the TVöD You have experience in process definition and implementation as well as in the digitization of work processes You are characterized by strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking and a solution-oriented way of working. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills
