Completed degree in the field of Public Management (Public Service) or Bachelor of Arts (Public Service) a comparable qualification as a specialist in finance Experience in dealing with the so-called New Local Budget and Accounting (NKHR) as well as in local finance in a responsible position Above-average commitment and openness to new developments Organisational and negotiating skills and enforcement Strategic thinking with the ability to quickly work into new tasks and projects readiness to exercise appointments even outside the regular service period
